Macy's Cyber Monday Surprises
With both their Thanksgiving Day parade and their magical window displays come Christmastime, Macy’s is synonymous with holiday spirit and good cheer. It comes as no surprise that for millions of Americans shopping at Macy’s is a holiday ritual.
Not only are their celebrations a classic tradition, shoppers know they’ve got fantastic Black Friday deals and great Cyber Monday deals, too.
But there are a few things you might not know about Macy’s Cyber Monday…
With these lesser known facts, hopefully, you’ll be able to discover some great deals you wouldn’t normally expect from perennial favorite Macy’s.
When Will Macy’s Run Their Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales?
Instead of just having sales on those 2 days, Macy’s has now switched to a full Cyber Week of sales. This week of great deals usually starts on Thanksgiving Day and extends through a full seven days to the Wednesday after Cyber Monday.
Last year, their Black Friday sales went from Thanksgiving Thursday to Saturday (you can see what to expect from the first few pages of this year’s Black Friday 2019 ad here for exact dates/times), and then 2018 Cyber Monday deals were online all day from Sunday through Wednesday.
This year, make sure to pay attention to the valid dates for each deal. Some are valid for the entire Cyber Week, while others are only for specific dates and times within Cyber Week.
Save More With Macy’s Daily Flash Deals
Macy’s usually has some great Doorbusters to get shoppers into the stores for Black Friday, but they’re going one step further now, too. Since Cyber Monday focuses on online shoppers, Macy's started to offer Daily Flash Deals last year that were available both in-store and online.
These are usually announced on the day of the sale. You can check out Macy's website each night at midnight so you don’t miss out!
If you want even more savings, know that you may be able to stack some Free Shipping or other coupons on top of the Daily Flash Deals for even deeper discounts. Look for the latest Macy’s coupons right here.
What Else Is at Macy’s?
While they have a fantastic selection of sweaters, scarves, shoes, jeans, jewelry, and just about anything else you can wish for in your closet, Macy’s isn’t just about apparel. They also have great deals in other categories like tech, kitchen appliances, and toys, too.
If electronic goodies is your thing, they sell a wide selection of headphones and portable speakers, smart watches from Apple and Samsung, smart home devices from Amazon and Google, and even drones. Last year, they offered an amazing 50% off Protocol drones!
In the market for kitchen appliances? That’s perfect, because Macy’s sells everything from Instant Pots to Ninja blenders, Breville espresso machines to KitchenAid mixers. This year, they are offering a variety of small appliances for only $7.99 each, including a Belle 5-Qt. Programmable Slow Cooker that's normally $44.99. Macy's also has a KitchenAid 4.5-qt Classic Plus Stand Mixer for $199.99 during Black Friday, but you may be able to get the sale price online right now. When not on sale, these big wishlist mixers can go for $324.99 or more, so that’s a tremendous savings! Keep your eyes peeled for similar great deals on kitchen electronics this year.
When it comes to toys, they have products for every kid on your list - from newborns to teenagers, there’s something perfect for them at Macy’s. The stores may not carry as much selection, but there are many more products available online. They have a wide selection of the hottest toys from LEGO, Barbie, Hot Wheels, and FAO Schwarz. This year, they are once again offering 50% off all FAO Schwarz toys during Black Friday, and because Cyber Week is closer to Christmas this year, we expect there will be some additional deals on toys during Cyber Monday too.
Are you excited to shop yet? Good! Remember to check both Macy’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday ads to start planning for Cyber Week. If you don’t see them right away, don’t get discouraged - last year, the Cyber Monday ad didn’t come out until the Sunday before Cyber Monday. You can probably expect similar this year.
Happy shopping, happy savings, and happy holidays!
